Office hours of the Consular Section: Monday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, Wednesday and Friday 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

To obtain a visa for travel to the Republic of Azerbaijan the following documents must be submitted to the Consular section of the Embassy:

• For business, education and visit visas an invitation letter from receiving party, for tourist visas Tourist Voucher from receiving travel agency in Azerbaijan.  

•Applicant’s letter to Embassy requesting visa, with information about purpose of visit, duration of stay, arrival and departure dates. 

• One completed visa application form. Application form is available here or may be faxed upon request.  (Answer to all questions is to be printed or handwritten in block letters on both left and right sides of the application).

• Copy of flight ticket (for tourist, business and visit visas).

• Original passport

• Two photos (3x4cm).

• Consular fee:

For Indonesian citizens: 

- single entry - $ 45

- double entry - $ 80

- tourist visa (+ touristic vaucher) - $ 20

- transit single entry – $ 20

- transit double - $ 40

- multiple entry (up to 1 year) - $ 250

- diplomatic and service visas are free-exempt

For transit visa a copy of flight ticket, visa of destination state, one completed visa application form, two photos (3x4cm), passport and consular fee is required.

For diplomatic and service visa Note of Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Embassy, one completed visa application form, two photos (3x4cm) and passport is required.  

• Processing time – from 3 to 5 days.                          

To obtain a visa by mail, the request must include a postage paid return envelope. Please, send all the above-mentioned required documents to:

The Embassy is not responsible for any loss of documents sent by mail.

All foreigners visiting Azerbaijan for a period of more than 30 days must register their passports with the local passport-registration authorities.
